Shipping & Refunds Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post or Sendle, Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral shipping service. The shipping rate and delivery time for your order will depend on your shipping location and order size (by weight and volume).

Deliveries to parcel lockers and PO Boxes can only be delivered via Australia Post.

Orders will be processed and shipped no later than 2 business days after your order has been received. If we are experiencing higher than usual volume of orders which may cause your order processing to be delayed, we will reach out to you directly and let you know.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from the delivery provider. You will be able to track your order directly, using your unique tracking number, via Australia Post here or Sendle here. Your order will usually be delivered to you by Australia Post or Sendle within 1 – 5 business days (metropolitan areas) or 5 – 10 business days (non-metropolitan areas) after dispatch.

The Friendly Mask Company Australia is not liable for delivery timeframes, or for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe or has been damaged during shipping, please contact Australia Post here or Sendle here.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Subject to any rights that you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we are unable to accept returns or offer an exchange on any single-use item due to health and hygiene purposes.
